I see these issues also happening on the social platforms that I use to promote my blogs. I have specific lists in each of my social media profiles designated to sort the people I care about (as in those that care about me too) those that are interesting (and rarely notice I exist, but do once in a while) and those that I ignore (because they babble like crazy and have never noticed I exist). There are those too who feel like being included on a friends list or a follow list is an open invitation to "force" me to read their stuff, front and center. I don't exactly know why they immediately go to the "shared with you" route, or push their crap through to my e-mail, but one thing I do know. I end up blocking their profile sooner or later. I wouldn't want this to happen to me, do you?
