Blogging Tip of the Day: Vol. 101

Today's Tip: Many people in the writing world will tell you not to force it. If you can't think of something to write the last thing you want to do is write something that isn't up to your standards, and that is a common theme among almost every writer, blogger, poet, artist, you name it. I'm not quite sure of this, and I am saying this out of experience. Now it is entirely possible that every time you simply write for the sake of writing, that it is total garbage. It is also possible that you happen to be such a gifted writer that when you start writing it takes over and you can't help but write something brilliant. What I am saying here is at the very least try it a few times and see what kind of a reaction you get.

Now as I have said I have been here, and I have watched others who have been here, and the results unfortunately are very different for everyone. I have seen people that write for the sake of writing and it is fingernails on a blackboard, while at the same time I have seen people who write for the sake of writing and it is amazing how good it is. Why would anyone want to write just for the sake of writing? Well I have bad news for you all but while you are crippled by the thought of posting something and a few days turn into a week, a week turns into a couple, you are losing your audience. As I said you might as well see what kind of a writer you are by just opening up your blog editor and letting it rip. Think of how great it would be if you are actually that gifted and you never knew it?
