Dealing With Chronic Pain #4

Hello, everyone. I'm super sorry I haven't been my merrily blogging self. My days have been a blur of aches and pains; I feel like someone sucked all the air out of my pretty balloon. I know I'll snap out of it from feeling like this before. The question is when.

I feel a bit better now; the sun is coming out; I got dishes done, vacuumed and made my smoothies for the week. I decided to push myself and post when all I want to do is go back to burying myself in watching movies. Oh yes, my son is now in the Middle East safe and sound so far.


An oxygen tube can be kept out of the way while bathing by passing it over the shower curtain.

Soap on a rope enables you to use soap with one hand, and keeps it from falling.

A liquid soap dispenser may be easier to use than a bar of soap.

If excess humidity bothers you, leave the bathroom door open while you bath.

Replace difficult twist tops on shampoo or lotions with pump tops.

A shower caddy keeps bathing supplies within easy reach.

Use nonskid safty strips or a rubber bath mat in the tub or shower.
